Multi-Entity ERP Programme — Six Legal Entities
Led delivery of a comprehensive ERP programme across the enterprise covering Finance & GL, AP/AR, Inventory, Procurement, Recipe and Food Costing, Central Kitchen Planning, Sales Audit and Payroll. Standardised master data, chart of accounts and approval workflows group-wide with inter-company controls. Integrated with POS and HRMS, then managed training, UAT and go-live across all sites.
Seven-Site Infrastructure Build & Landlord Integration
Delivered standardised network, server, security and CCTV infrastructure for seven new sites, each to a fixed commercial opening date, from a single repeatable build specification. Established automated revenue-capture integrations with Emaar, Yas Management and Al-Futtaim tenant platforms, replacing manual reporting with scheduled secure data transfer and real-time sales, inventory and VAT/TRN consolidation.
Cloud HRMS Migration & Attendance Automation
Migrated the regional workforce to a cloud HRMS for payroll, leave, attendance and self-service. Delivered API integration between Darwinbox HRMS and the Matrix COSEC biometric estate, automating attendance-to-payroll workflows that had previously required manual intervention. Eliminated the risk of manual data entry errors across multi-site payroll processing.
DIFC Data Protection Framework
Built the group's Data Protection Management System under DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 — data mapping, DPIAs, lawful bases, retention schedules, the full policy suite and the regulator documentation package. Appointed as the Data Protection Officer with ongoing mandate as primary liaison with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, owning assessments, processor agreements and cross-border transfer controls.

Flagship UAE outlet in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Full network, CCTV, and POS infrastructure deployed. Emaar tenant revenue platform integrated for automated sales reporting.
EL&N — Dubai Hills Mall
One of Dubai's highest-footfall dining locations. Standardised infrastructure build with Aruba switching, centralised POS terminals, and integrated CCTV monitoring back to HQ.
EL&N — Dubai Festival City
Creek-facing venue with integrated Al-Futtaim tenant reporting platform. Full infrastructure stack deployed including redundant connectivity, centralised server, and automated sales audit feeds.
EL&N — Yas Bay Waterfront
Waterfront venue at Yas Bay with indoor/outdoor infrastructure. Yas Management revenue integration deployed with automated VAT/TRN reconciliation and POS data feed to the landlord platform.

Premium mall venue with cherry blossom centrepiece. Full infrastructure mirror of the standard build spec — Fortinet security, Aruba networking, centralised POS, and biometric attendance integration.
EL&N Deli & Bakery — Reem Mall
The EL&N Deli & Bakery concept — artisan bakery with open kitchen. Adapted build spec for the smaller-format deli, with integrated POS, self-order kiosk cabling, and full network infrastructure.
EL&N — City Centre Al Zahia
Sharjah expansion with the signature floral archway. Full infrastructure build including Fortinet firewall, Aruba switching, CCTV, POS deployment, and landlord integration for Majid Al Futtaim properties.
