  • IT Strategy & Technology Management: Own IT strategy, technology roadmap and annual IT budget for EL&N UAE. Enforce a standardisation-first approach across platforms and deployment so a multi-site estate stays supportable within a lean structure.
  • IT Operations & Infrastructure: End-to-end ownership of network, servers, endpoints, digital workplace, service desk and business applications, with accountability for availability, incident response, change control, backup and business continuity.
  • Networking & Cybersecurity: Manage Fortinet firewalls, Aruba switching, segmented VLANs, Windows Server, Active Directory, identity and access management, endpoint protection and CCTV across all locations.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Direct all external vendors, integrators and service providers through selection, contracting, SLA definition and performance review; partner with Finance, Operations, HR and landlord technology teams as the single technology point of contact.
  • AI & Automation: Apply AI and automation tooling to IT operations across reporting, documentation and routine workflows; building agent and workflow automations (n8n, LLM APIs, RAG, MCP) and assessing further use cases across the F&B technology stack.
  • Data Protection & Governance (DPO): Designed the group's Data Protection Framework under DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020. Primary liaison with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, owning assessments, processor agreements, data mapping, DPIAs, retention schedules and cross-border transfer controls.
