IT Manager and appointed Data Protection Officer with 14+ years across IT operations, infrastructure, security and governance, six of them in the UAE. Sole in-house technology owner for multi-brand enterprise groups, holding IT strategy, budget, vendor delivery and platform standards end to end. Delivered complex ERP programmes, full site build-outs, and authored data-protection frameworks under DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020. Now building automation directly — AI agents, n8n workflows, RAG assistants and MCP integrations — and applying it to reporting, documentation and routine IT operations.

Appointed Data Protection Officer. Designed the enterprise Data Protection Framework under DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020. Primary liaison with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, owning assessments, processor agreements, data mapping, DPIAs, retention schedules, lawful bases, the full policy suite, and cross-border transfer controls. Built the full Data Protection Management System from first principles for a six-entity enterprise across 7 locations.
